We offer multiple avenues for tenants to pay their rent 24x7, including an online Tenant Portal. By forming relationships and encouraging open communication with Tenant's, we're able to direct them to community resources as necessary for financial assistance.
Tenant Screening
Our screening process includes a nationwide criminal background check, credit check, eviction history check, thorough reference checks, past rental history, and income qualification. This way, you can be sure that the tenants you select will be the right fit for your home.
Enforcement
We educate tenants on the terms of their lease and provide them with a handbook to refer to. If the tenant refuses to remedy the breach, we can move forward with fines and or eviction as appropriate.
